To get started with custom bottle mockups, venues typically provide their high-resolution vector logo (.ai, .eps, .svg or transparent .png), preferred brand colors, and any specific text or taglines they wish to include.
3. QR Experience & Mobile Microsite Setup
No. The QR experience runs entirely inside standard mobile web browsers (such as Apple Safari, Google Chrome, and Samsung Internet). Guests simply open their native phone camera, point at the bottle QR, and the venue microsite loads instantly without any app installation.
Venue microsites can feature contactless food and beverage menus (or hosted PDF menus), a private feedback channel, an open Google Review button, property Wi-Fi connection details, social media links, and custom welcome messages.
Yes. In VLAQ Studio, venues can choose from refined themes such as Midnight, Minimal, and Signature, customize button accent colors, and upload their venue logo and cover imagery to match their interior aesthetic.
4. Digital Menus, Feedback & Review Policy
Guests can select a 1 to 5 star rating and optionally submit private comments or operational concerns. This message is transmitted directly to the venue's secure inbox in VLAQ Studio, enabling management to resolve issues promptly before the guest departs.
No. VLAQ maintains strict review neutrality. All guests, regardless of the rating they select, have open, unrestricted access to the public Google Review action. We do not gate, block, or manipulate review pathways, ensuring complete compliance with search engine guidelines.
No. The VLAQ Digital Menu is focused on contactless menu viewing, category browsing, and dietary discovery. It does not handle table ordering, food checkout, live kitchen ticketing, or financial payment processing.
5. Ordering, Onboarding & Supply in Jaipur
